2. Promotional Bonuses

All bonuses that you receive from on-site promotions and that have been communicated to you via email, sms or our handy in-app inbox on the Sportingbet app. 

• These would include promotions like Super Spinner or Game Of The Week with amazing bonuses on offer.

If a bonus hasn’t been awarded it’s probably because the promotional Terms and Conditions weren’t met. Please review that:

• You've opted in;
• You've accepted the T&Cs before depositing;
• You've deposited the right amount using an eligible payment method (some promotions may exclude certain payment options);
• You’ve wagered on the correct games;
• The promotional period has not expired.

It could be that you are trying to play your bonus on a game it isn't valid for, or that it hasn't been activated yet. Make sure to check your My Promos page to ensure your bonus is active. If it is, tap the drop-down arrow and have a look through the games that your bonus is eligible for.

Deleting an active bonus from your account will let you play without any restrictions and withdraw money immediately but this has to be done before you play with the bonus and keep in mind that deleting a bonus will remove it from your account and, in most cases, any winnings you have earned from it. Deletion cannot be undone.

When you receive one of our bonuses, it'll come with a ‘wagering requirement’. This means that a certain amount of funds will need to be wagered using your ‘restricted funds’ before any winnings can be added to your cash balance.

Different bonuses carry different wagering requirements. To find the ones for your desired bonus and your progress towards them, visit My Promos.

From here, scroll through the promotions until you find your active offer. Click on it and you'll be shown your progress.

Any winnings you earn using your bonus will be restricted until your wagering requirements have been completed, this includes withdrawing funds. You'll only be able to withdraw your winnings once the bonus' wagering has been met. 

To check the wagering requirement, and your progress towards it, tap the Menu button and select My Bonuses then tap on the bonus. You’ll see a bar that shows your progress so far, and the remaining amount to achieve the requirement.
